For example if you are not in need of a full 3 month coaching session but need help flushing out a strategy that you can easily follow yourself then this is for you. If you have a major injury and want to give The Happy Knee program a try this is a great way to test it out before getting additional sessions.
Further sessions on different topics can always be added without ongoing commitment.
